How I got here
Discovering peace and power...
My story begins in my 20s when I started to truly understand the power of the matriarchs who shaped me. Growing up in a matriarchal household, I witnessed the incredible resilience, beauty, and wisdom of the women and femmes around me. Their influence gave me a deep appreciation for their struggles and triumphs.

But here’s the twist: as I became more aware of women’s and femmes' issues, I also recognized the areas where I needed to grow—just as they had, learning from their own journeys of transformation. Reclaiming myself became a process of unlearning the survival skills I had inherited, which, while helpful in tough times, no longer served me in my quest for wholeness.
This journey was not always easy. It involved moments of heartbreak and deep gratitude, as I realized that healing meant challenging everything I thought I knew, decolonizing it, and ultimately shedding what no longer served me—without losing the essence of who I am.
Today, I strive to feel fully at home in my body and actions, embracing a life where I am not dimmed by others or my own self-doubt. My mission? To help you find that same sense of peace and power, so you can create a life that’s both resilient and soft—where you get to live fully and unapologetically.
If you’re seeking a balance of strength and softness, and you’re ready to rewrite your story, I’d be honored to be part of your healing journey. Book a free, 15-minute phone or video consultation with me today, and let’s begin this transformative process together. See you soon!
