We offer both! All of our therapists meet with clients either in person or virtually, depending on your preference and what feels most supportive for your care. Some clients prefer the consistency of one format, while others appreciate the flexibility to alternate between in-person and virtual sessions based on their needs each week. You don’t have to choose just one modality when you begin. We’ll work with you to find a rhythm that supports your life, your goals, and your healing process. Whether you're on the couch in our office or meeting from the comfort of your home, we're here to help you feel seen, supported, and connected.
Our offices are in the Humanly building on Clairmont Rd, just a mile from downtown Decatur, across from the Decatur YMCA.Our address is:1123 Clairmont Rd.Decatur GA, 30030
Every client who walks through the door brings a different history, a different set of needs, and a different pace. So while I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches (including feminist, somatic, polyvagal, Internal Family Systems, and psychodynamic), what stays constant is my commitment to following your lead. Some clients come in wanting structure and clear direction. Others need space to explore without a predetermined destination. Most of us need both at different moments, and part of my job is knowing which is called for and when. This is collaborative work. I bring my whole self to our sessions, because I believe the relationship between therapist and client is itself part of the healing. And, I hold firmly to the belief that change is possible for you, even if that feels hard to imagine right now.My goal is for our work together to help you feel safe, seen, and inspired to create a life you love.
Yes, absolutely. The journey through infertility, pregnancy loss, and the early years of parenthood has been central to my work for a long time, and it remains close to my heart. These experiences sit at the intersection of identity, body, grief, and longing, which is exactly the territory Reclaim was built to hold. What I have come to understand is that the women who find their way to me through infertility or new parenthood often arrive again at a similar crossroads years later, when the demands of midlife begin to surface. The through line is the same: a woman trying to find her way back to herself. That is always work I want to be part of, wherever she is on the journey.
Yes, absolutely! While Reclaim was founded with a focus on supporting women in reconnecting with joy, desire, and purpose, we also welcome and work with individuals of all gender identities. Many of the emotional challenges we explore—such as internalized expectations, disconnection from self, or difficulty accessing joy—are not exclusive to women. We are honored to support non-binary people, men, and anyone navigating these deeply human experiences. If you feel drawn to our approach, you are welcome here.
We believe therapy is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself and your well-being.Individual sessions with Tricia are $210. While we are not in-network with insurance carriers, we do provide superbills—detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary depending on your individual policy and out-of-network mental health coverage, so we encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to understand your benefits. If you have questions about how to use superbills or need help navigating this process, we’re happy to support you.
If you’re planning to use your out-of-network benefits for reimbursement, here’s a helpful script you can use when calling your insurance provider:“Hi, I’m planning to see an out-of-network licensed clinical social worker for psychotherapy. I’d like to understand my out-of-network mental health benefits. Can you tell me what my reimbursement rate is for individual psychotherapy sessions (CPT code 90837)? Do I have a deductible I need to meet first? And do I need any kind of pre-authorization or referral?"You can also ask:• How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?• How long does it take to receive reimbursement?• Are there any limits on the number of sessions per year? We’re always happy to help you understand this process—don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or need guidance navigating your benefits.
