A New Name for Reclaim!

Hi there!

I have something to share that I'm really excited about: Reclaim Counseling & Workshops is now Reclaim Counseling & Community.

In 2024, I created Reclaim to expand the services of the psychotherapy practice I built nearly 25 years ago. I envisioned bringing women together, connecting them to community experts on women's wellness, and creating space for shared understanding and support. Because when we build connection, we gain the strength we need to create change. Women are powerful; women together are unstoppable. Our new name now reflects the vision I've held all along.

Over the past year, that belief has shown up in some beautiful ways. Alongside our workshops, we've led seminars for partners of women in midlife, organized a large scale community event centered on perimenopause, hosted community film screenings, and presented to organizations about topics ranging from nervous system regulation to self-leadership and boundaries. A felt sense of community is critical for women to live joyful, meaningful lives, and we’re proud to be able to bring people together to create just that. And, we're just getting started!

And, we have a new support group for women going through perimenopause, some great events on the calendar, and more offerings the pipeline.
